30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Estel Nova, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day that your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. We cover the return shipping costs, so you don’t have to pay anything.

Cancelling an Order

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by emailing us at info@estelnova.com with your order details. A full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. If your order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery before initiating a return. The refund will be processed after the returned item is inspected.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at info@estelnova.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us at info@estelnova.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the incorrect item along with your order confirmation. We will arrange a free return and send the correct item at no extra cost.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, email info@estelnova.com with your order number and exchange request. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send out the exchange item. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. To start a return, email info@estelnova.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If preferred, you may opt for store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked in the product description.
